About our Préparation Phisique class
The body is the main instrument an acrobat works with. During the hour “Préparation physique” we work to make our bodies stronger, more limber and therefore healthier. Well-trained acrobats will thus suffer less from overexertion and injuries.
The first part of the class will be general work, the second part may focus more on individual needs. Anyone who would like to strengthen their body on a weekly basis is welcome!
New for the 2026–2027 school year
Starting next school year, we will be offering an additional class in Préparation Physique + handstand + stretching on Monday evenings.
The first part of the class will consist of general training. In the second part, we’ll focus on handstands. Trainer Korneel will share his professional expertise on the subject. Individual feedback is a top priority. By the end of the school year, you’ll be able to hold a handstand for at least a minute!
What do I bring with me to class?
Loose, athletic attire with pants without zippers or buttons and gymnastics shoes (flexible sole). Watch out! You will be sweating during class. So be sure to bring a water bottle!
