The ultimate ECDF Q&A

1. What should I bring to circus class?

Sportswear! Think sweatpants or shorts and a T-shirt. Gymnastics shoes are allowed, but not mandatory. Training barefoot works just as well. Jeans or clothing with zippers and jewelry are not allowed for safety reasons. You may sweat during class, so be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

2. When and where is my class again?

Check your profile in our online registration tool. In the menu under ‘calendar’, you will find an overview of the classes you have registered for. The addresses of our various training halls can be found on our location page.

3. Will there be free training again this year?

Yes! Starting Wednesday, September 24, anyone aged 18 or older who is able and willing to train independently is welcome to join us every Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. in our training room at SPRK. ECDF trainer Ben will also be there, providing friendly expertise and expert friendliness. No registration required, just show up…and go!

4. Where can I find forms for health insurance support?

Most health insurance companies offer a partial reimbursement of membership and/or tuition fees. The amount depends on your health insurance company. You can download the documents via your profile in our online registration tool. In the menu under ‘certificates’.

5. Those ECDF shirts and sweaters look great! Can I buy one?

We are planning a new purchase opportunity sometime in the fall. Be sure to keep an eye on our newsletter and/or our social media channels.
