This workshop is for anyone who wants to approach their training more effectively—from beginners to experienced acrobats. We’ll explore how to train more efficiently by focusing on training load, progression, nutrition, sleep, and mental well-being.
You’ll receive practical tips and tricks and have the opportunity to ask questions. Where possible, we’ll work through a few personal scenarios together (e.g., the ideal warm-up, training as a porter, nutrition around training).

Discover how you can enhance your training and recovery through cold exposure, breathing, and intermittent living. In this workshop, we’ll combine theory and practice to explore what cold training can do for your body.
We’ll start with a warm-up, do some targeted breathing exercises, and finish with a dip in an ice bath. You’ll also receive tips so you can continue practicing on your own afterward.
