ABOUT THIS CLASS SERIES CIRCUS FOR SENIORS
This class series is ideal for those who want to be introduced to circus and movement at a slightly older age. You will get to know your body in a completely new way. The classes are accessible and take into account everyone’s physical limits. In a friendly group you work on body awareness, strength, flexibility and balance. You do this in a playful way, occasionally with an edge. Because that’s how we like it.
During class, we first take some quiet time to properly prepare our muscles and joints. After a warm-up game, we explore a variety of circus techniques together (ball, barrel, trampoline, juggling, acro-porté…). We always end with a cooldown and a stretch.
What do I bring with me to class?
Loose, athletic attire with pants without zippers or buttons and gymnastics shoes (flexible sole). Watch out! You will be sweating during class. So be sure to bring a water bottle!
