Countdown to MAD Convention
During MAD Festival, we organize an international circus convention in and around Park Spoor Noord, where young and old, amateurs and (semi)pros can practice together, sweat together, and learn together for three days. At the end of each convention day, you can enjoy performances by artists who give workshops during the day at MAD Festival! Not only does that sound great, it is! What’s more, as a member of ECDF, you get a nice discount when you purchase a weekend ticket.

- ECDF members receive a nice discount when purchasing a weekend ticket. With our promo code you pay 150 euros (instead of 180 euros) for three days of MAD Convention. This includes 3×3 workshops, 3x lunch, 3x dinner, and 2 evening performances of MAD Festival + some other cool extras!
- This year, we are offering a specialist program on bascule!
- For our youngest members—aged 10 and up*—we provide supervision. Their parents drop them off at SPRK at 8:30 a.m. and can pick them up again in the evening after the workshops, before heading to MAD Festival together. * MAD Convention is suitable for participants aged 10 and up. For our younger acrobats, there are fun introductions to circus as part of the regular MAD Festival program. You can also buy tickets for these in advance via madfestival.be.
