About our ACRO-CIRCUS AFTER SCHOOL class
When the school bell rings, your circus trainer will be waiting for you.
Our Acro-circus After School class is the idéal after-school activity. Our trainers pull up to the school gate at Het Groene Eilandje on Mondays at 3:30 p.m. and walk participants to our training hall in SPRK. There they learn to perform acrobatic tricks together with class- and schoolmates. Those who go to another school and can come to our training room by themselves or with a parent are also welcome. During class we will laugh together, fly together, learn something new and have a great time.
Each class starts with a game after which we move on to PéPé (Préparation Physique: strength, agility, coordination, speed). Then we work on the acrobatic basics with respect to (mini) trampoline and/or ground and partner acrobatics. And then we are ready to throw ourselves into challenging circus techniques!
At 5 p.m. the class is over and parents can pick up their children on site at SPRK.
What do I bring with me to class?
Loose, athletic attire with pants without zippers or buttons and gymnastics shoes (flexible sole). Watch out! You will be sweating during class. So be sure to bring a water bottle!
Want to take a trial class?
If there is still space in your class of choice at the start of the circus year you can take a free trial class at that time. All you have to do is let us know you will be joining us by sending an email to info@ecdf.be.
