About our Aerial acrobatics specialization class

At Ell Circo D’ell Fuego you will learn to fly! The focus of this specialization class is clear. In this class you will discover a wide range of aerial acrobatics techniques. We start with a game to warm up our muscles. Then it’s time to work on our strength and flexibility. Two skills that come in handy when hanging upside down from the silks or a trapeze. Your muscles will be thoroughly trained.

There is also room for improvisation and creation in the silks and on the trapeze. The ideal class for those who, in addition to their energy, also want to let their creativity flow freely. Occasionally, other aerial techniques such as straps and aerial hoop are touched upon.

What do I bring with me to class?

Loose, athletic attire with pants without zippers or buttons and gymnastics shoes (flexible sole). Watch out! You will be sweating during class. So be sure to bring a water bottle!
