About our Acro-circus 14+ class
Laugh, fly, learn something new and have a great time. That’s what our Acro-circus classes are for!
In these classes we create a correct foundation in learning various circus techniques. Each class starts with a completely flipped out warm-up game. Next comes the PéPé (Préparation Physique: strength, flexibility, coordination, speed). Then we focus on a technique from basic acrobatics (trampoline and/or ground and partner acrobatics. And then we are ready to plunge into challenging techniques such as trapeze, balance, German wheel,… Out of respect for our muscles, we finish with a stretch.
What do I bring with me to class?
Loose, athletic attire with pants without zippers or buttons and gymnastics shoes (flexible sole). Watch out! You will be sweating during class. So be sure to bring a water bottle!
Want to take a trial class?
If there is still space in your class of choice at the start of the circus year you can also take a free trial class at that time. All you have to do is let us know you will be joining us by sending an email to info@ecdf.be.
