You will receive theoretical and practical tips around nutrition, breathing and other topics. Perfect for Immersers!
PHYSICAL INTEGRITY with Philine Janssens

Als onafhankelijk intimiteitscoördinator begeleidt Philine Janssens dansers, acteurs, choreografen en regisseurs bij het spelen en vormgeven van intieme scènes. With her Intimacy Toolkit, she already gave firm guidance to the Flemish film industry in late 2022. Philine has a professional background as a dancer and choreographer for performing and audiovisual arts. She has collaborated on a variety of productions at home and abroad for the past 20 years. Her goal as intimacy coordinator: to ensure that everyone involved feels safe during the creation process. Acrobats often work together very physically. During this workshop we will engage in a conversation about intimacy, boundaries, respect, integrity, creativity and sustainable collaboration.
BASIC AERIAL RIGGING

Rigging is the practice of hanging different components together in a safe way. So that acrobats and bystanders can work with or watch it safely. During this workshop, ECDF trainer and rigger Thomas will explain Aerial Rigging Basics to you.
