In dit schijnbaar verwilderd bos van trapezes en trampolines, waar de aap-crobaten je rond de oren vliegen en zelfs enkele walvissen aantreden om op de bascule te springen. In de <strong>Circus Jungle<\/strong> van ECDF is iedereen welkom, daar maken we een punt van.<\/p>\n        \t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<section class=\"b-content bg-gray\">\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-none\">\n\t\t<h3>Opbouw van de lessen <\/h3>\t\t<p>De focus van onze algemene lessen Acro-circus ligt voornamelijk op een correcte basis bij het aanleren van de verschillende circustechnieken. Standaard is deze les opgebouwd uit een compleet losgeslagen opwarmingsspel, een meer specifieke opwarming van verschillende spiergroepen (waar we het Latijnse vocabularium niet schuwen!), een workshop in een techniek uit de basisacrobatie (mini-trampoline, grondacrobatie, handstand, partneracrobatie of plint), gevolgd door 2 of 3 circusateliers in verschillende circustechnieken (bascule, chinese mast, trampoline, trapeze, doek, straps, jonglerie, evenwicht, Duits wiel, chinese hoops of eenwieler), om vervolgens af te sluiten met de stretch!<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast bieden we een reeks specialisatielessen aan, die aanvullend of op zich staand gevolgd kunnen worden. Het gaat om de technieken Acro-port\u00e9, Luchtacrobatie, Cyr wheel, Duits wiel Eenwieleren, Vliegende trapeze en Pr\u00e9paration physique.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n        \n    <\/section>\n\n<section class=\"b-content b-content-cols b-content-bg\">\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-none\">\n\t\t<h3>Iets voor jou? <\/h3>\t\t<p>We werken in de Circus Jungle zowel verbredend als verdiepend op een waaier aan basis en mid-gevorderde oefeningen. Omdat we inzetten op het aanleren van een sterke basistechniek verzekeren we een goede vooruitgang in de aangeboden circustechnieken en acrobatie. Algemene basisacrobatie geeft je als circusleerling enkele belangrijke fysieke tools: lenigheid, kracht, lichaamsco\u00f6rdinatie, explosiviteit, ruimtelijke ori\u00ebntatie, vormspanning en uithouding.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-orange\">\n\t\t<h3>Verschillende lestypes<\/h3>\t\t<p>We bieden verschillende soorten lessen aan in dit oerbos. Lessen voor alle leeftijden \u00e9n alle niveaus. Je kan inschrijven voor een algemene les Acro-circus, Multi-circus, Ouder-kind, Circomotoriek en Specialisatielessen rond een specifieke circustechniek.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n        \n    <\/section>\n\n<section class=\"b-content bg-gray\">\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-none\">\n\t\t<h3>Speciaal voor de allerkleinste leeuwen <\/h3>\t\t<p>Ook zijn er de lessen <strong>Circomotoriek<\/strong> die in het leven werden geroepen om de allerkleinsten en nieuwsgierigste medemensen een eigen plekje te bieden waar zij het circus in hun eigen wereld en op hun eigen tempo kunnen ontdekken.<\/p>\n<p>In de lessen <strong>Ouder-kind<\/strong> kunnen de ouders of grootouders samen met hun \u2018offspring\u2019 aan de slag gaan. Samenwerking is hier echt wel de grondslag van de les. Spring je naar elk net-iets-te-hoog-hangend verkeersbord? Vragen je ouders je geregeld of je alsjeblieft even buiten wil gaan spelen? Wil je graag met een salto vanop je kast in je bed onder de dekens duiken? Dan is het hoog tijd dat je een duik neemt in onze <strong>Acro-bad<\/strong>. <\/p>\n        \t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<section class=\"b-content bg-gray\">\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-none\">\n\t\t<h3>Opbouw van de lessen <\/h3>\t\t<p>De Acro-bad lessen zijn eerder technische lessen en draaien rond het opbouwen van een stevige basis. We verwachten inzet en engagement in ons Acro-bad! De trainers\u202fwerken eraan om de intrinsieke motivatie van de leerlingen te versterken. Ze staan erop dat de af te leggen weg van voorbereidende oefeningen grondig doorlopen wordt. Er is nog altijd geen versnelde succesformule om acrobaat te worden uitgevonden\u2026 Dju toch! <\/p>\n<p>In dit bruisende schuimbad steken we een zo breed mogelijke basis aan bewegingen en fysieke competenties. We werken ook aan het respect van de leerling, voor zichzelf en voor de andere Acro-baders. Omdat ze samen zwoegen, zweten en af en toe afzien, smeden de acrobaten een band en ontstaat er goesting om verder te groeien en zich verder te ontwikkelen<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n        \n    <\/section>\n\n<section class=\"b-content b-content-cols b-content-bg\">\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-none\">\n\t\t<h3>Iets voor jou? <\/h3>\t\t<p>De trainers van het Acro-bad ontvangen aspirant-acrobaten vanaf 9- \u00e0 10-jarige leeftijd tot zij die op tram 4 zitten. Tram 5 gaat een brug te ver, dat is de regel. H\u00e9\u00e9l soms kunnen we een 8-jarige uitzondering toelaten, maar dan moeten de trainers echt in een Franse grammaticale exception zitten \u2026<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-orange\">\n\t\t<h3>Het lestraject<\/h3>\t\t<p>Om deze lessen te kunnen volgen, moet je minstens 2 lessen per week volgen. Dat hoeven geen twee Acro-badlessen te zijn, ook de combinatie van een Acro-badles met een Acro-circusles of een specialisatieles is mogelijk. <h2>Meesurfen met de Circusstroom <\/h2>        <p>Een traject van zelfontplooiing voor jongeren die elke dag wakker worden met circus en in de voetsporen van een circusartiest willen wandelen. In dit snelstromend onderdeel van de circusschool worden er ook voorstellingen gemaakt!<\/p>\n        \t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<section class=\"b-content bg-gray\">\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-none\">\n\t\t<h3>Opbouw van de lessen <\/h3>\t\t<p>Het creatieve luik bekijken we als een vorm innerlijke ontwikkeling en verrijking. Wat er in de leerling zit wordt eruit gehaald, gestimuleerd en uitgedaagd. De jongeren krijgen het vertrouwen en de tijd om zich te ontplooien op hun eigen ritme. Daarnaast stimuleren we hen om hun eigen manieren van techniekuitvoering te vinden. Ze kunnen zich hiermee identificeren binnen de circusgemeenschap, in verdere studies en in hun later leven.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens dit traject worden de leerlingen niet beoordeeld op hun technische of creatieve niveau, maar wel op basis hun volharding, durf en engagement. \u2018Commitment\u2019 is ontzettend belangrijk. De ontwikkeling van groepsdynamiek, beredeneerde keuzes en toewijding staan in dit traject centraal.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n        \n    <\/section>\n\n<section class=\"b-content b-content-cols b-content-bg\">\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-none\">\n\t\t<h3>Iets voor jou? <\/h3>\t\t<p>Dit lestraject is er speciaal voor jongeren uit het 1<sup>ste<\/sup> tot het 6<sup>de<\/sup> middelbaar die willen uitzoeken of een professionele carri\u00e8re in circus iets voor hen is, of die er gewoon niet genoeg van kunnen krijgen. Enkel als je jezelf in het <strong>Acro-bad<\/strong> hebt ondergedompeld kom je in aanmerking voor dit lestraject.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-orange\">\n\t\t<h3>Het lestraject<\/h3>\t\t<p>Circusstromers trainen minstens 6 uur per week. Ze zetten zowel in op Creatie als op Techniek. De begeleider volgt de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van elke leerling op de voet. Belangrijk om bijvoorbeeld blessures te voorkomen of om de juiste timing te vinden voor de volgende stap in hun circusontwikkeling. Om hun circustechniek verder te verfijnen krijgen leerlingen van de Circusstroom toegang tot alle Acro-badlessen. Het Circusstroomtraject duurt 3 tot 7 jaar. Tweejaarlijks is er een nieuwe instroom.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n        \n    <\/section>\n\n<div class=\"swiper fw-slider slider-blue\">\n\t<div class=\"swiper-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t<div <h2>Springplank als lanceerplatform<\/h2>        <p>Een springplank is niet wat je noemt een stabiele ondergrond. Ze dient voor heel specifiek voor \u00e9\u00e9n ding: lanceren.<\/p>\n        \t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<section class=\"b-content bg-gray\">\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-none\">\n\t\t<h3>Opbouw van de lessen <\/h3>\t\t<p>Autonomie is een belangrijke pijler binnen dit traject. We nodigen onze Springplankers uit om het schoolsysteem van zich af te werpen, voor zichzelf te leren denken en op eigen benen te staan. Belangrijke tools voor wie zich klaarstoomt om een artistieke studie te volgen. Leerlingen krijgen hier tijd en ruimte om verloren te lopen.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast doorlopen ze een gezamenlijke dagtraining waarin veel aandacht gaat naar cardiovasculaire training, kracht &amp; lenigheid en de verdere ontwikkeling van hun circusdiscipline. Naast hun dagengagement blijven ze deel uitmaken van de lessen in het Circusstroom-traject.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n        \n    <\/section>\n\n<section class=\"b-content b-content-cols b-content-bg\">\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-none\">\n\t\t<h3>Iets voor jou? <\/h3>\t\t<p>Leerlingen van de Springplank zijn 18+ en kiezen ervoor om zich verder te ori\u00ebnteren vanuit circus. Tijdens dit traject maakt de jonge artiest een act in een specifieke discipline. Die kan dienen als auditie-act of als volwaardige act waarmee de artiest in kwestie van start gaat.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-orange\">\n\t\t<h3>Het lestraject<\/h3>\t\t<p>Met ons Springplank-traject dagen we onze leerlingen uit om de volgende stap leren zetten in hun circusontwikkeling. We raden hen daarbij aan om halftijds verder te studeren of te gaan werken. Tijdens hun vrije uren kunnen ze hun persoonlijk ori\u00ebnteringstraject binnen ECDF uitwerken.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n        \n    <\/section>\n\n<section class=\"b-content bg-gray\">\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-none\">\n\t\t<h3><\/h3>\t\t<p>Samen met de leerling overleggen en evalueren we welk traject het beste bij hun persoonlijkheid past. De begeleiders ondersteunen hen terwijl ze zich klaarmaken voor audities of studies aan een hogeschool voor circuskunsten, zowel fysiek als mentaal. Tijdens dit traject maakt de Springplanker een act in een specifieke discipline, die zal dienen als auditie-act.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n        \n    <\/section>\n\n<div class=\"swiper fw-slider
