We use the data collected only for the purposes for which we obtained it. You can manage the direct marketing settings and subscription to our newsletter yourself at any time in our mailing tool.<\/p>\n<p>We also use cookies on our website. We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, Ell Circo D&#8217;ell Fuego appeals to the Circus Decree of March 1, 2019 for subsidies. One of the conditions for subsidizing is the requirement that our organization achieve the number of participant hours mandated by decree. We must be able to prove this by means of attendance lists. These lists must contain at least the name, the zip code of the residence and the age or year of birth of the participants. The Department of Culture, Youth and Media can request these attendance lists in the context of granting and monitoring the funding. The Department keeps the requested documents for 10 years, after which they are destroyed.     <\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n        \n    <\/section><section class=\"b-content bg-gray\">\n    \t<div class=\"wysiwyg bg-none\">\n\t\t<h2>Retention period <\/h2>\t\t<p>Ell Circo D&#8217;ell Fuego does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law. This is for our own use on our online media, such as Facebook, Instagram and the website. Occasionally, we send a photo or videographer to our classes to capture images that we use to communicate about our classes. We always notify our members and\/or their parents in advance. If they do not wish to be filmed or photographed, they can make that wish known to us in advance. If you still want us to remove a picture of you\/your child from our channels.
