About the Easter break Acro-circus Workshop
During the Easter break Acro-circus Workshop, everyone is immersed in the world of the circus. The springs of our trampolines will be extensively tested and the floor will be smoldering with acrobatics, interspersed with circus techniques such as juggling, trapeze, aerial silk, diabolo, Chinese pole and balancing.
Fun, teamplay and hard work are key here.
What do I bring with me to class?
Loose, athletic attire with pants without zippers or buttons and gymnastics shoes (flexible sole). Make sure to bring a packed lunch, some fruit and plenty of water.
