About the Acrodance class series with Jules Seizart
This year we are working on a new concept: the Class series Acrobatic Movement. A great opportunity for anyone 16 years and older who wants to immerse themselves in an acrobatic technique for a short period of time. We start with the lesson module Acrodance with Jules Seizart. As an artist, Jules is constantly looking for ways to enrich his dance. During this class series, he invites you to do the same.
What can you expect?
In this module, we rediscover the intersection between acrobatics and breakdance. We do so with a contemporary view. We delve into ground exercises, footwork moves, slides and spirals as our bodies move through space freestyle-wise in search of our own flow. Music and improvisation determine the direction of our acrobatic energy.
